We recently installed a stormwater drainage system to deal with excess rainwater and groundwater, to prevent flooding. The project involved the use of traditional soak rings so it was quite an extensive process as you can see from the pictures below. The soakrings were delivered and unloading was a bit of a mission in a tight space - this was followed by some serious excavation work. All of this was undertaken with a view to getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible so as to cause as little disruption as possible. After the excavation the soak rings were installed and at that point we were ready to install the lids and pipes. The installation has to be carried out with great care and precision as it may be the case that more than one soak ring is required to cope with the potential volume of water.
If you have issues with potential flooding when there is heavy rain please don't hesitate to give us a call.
